Competition Waters:
Off-limits:
➢ Competition waters off-limits March 7th, 12:01 AM – March 16th, 30 minutes prior published sunrise
➢ Standard off-limits as defined in rules and regulations. See PRO/AM RULE 15 OFF LIMITS
➢ A map showing venues and off-limits areas will be provided closer to the event.
Practice:
➢ Competition waters are open to fishing (March 16 & 17, 2022). See PRO/AM RULE 14 PRACTICE
➢ All contestants must be off the water, or parked in their assigned slip and not fishing or scouting by 4:00 PM PST on Thursday.

No Information:
➢ Beginning (March 7 12:01 AM), and extending through competition, contestants may not solicit and/or receive information about locating or catching fish on tournament waters from anyone. See PRO/AM RULE 16 NO INFO RULE FOR FULL DETAILS
License Requirement:
➢ All waters of Clear Lake require a California License. Click here for fishing license details. Licenses may be purchased here.
Covid-19 Guidelines:
➢ This event will operate in accordance with all Centers for Disease Control, state, and local COVID-19 guidelines. California guidance can be found here.
Takeoff, Weigh-in:
➢ Library Park

Size Limit:
➢ 5 bass limit, 12 inches for largemouth, smallmouth, and spotted bass.
PRO/AM Format:
➢ Day 1 & 2: Full field
○ Top 10 will be determined by the highest combined weight after two days. ➢ Day 3: Format: Top 10
○ Champion will be determined by cumulative weight after 3 days of competition.
Payout:
➢ General 90% pay back, 1 in 5
➢ 1st place PRO $25,000 based on 150 entries
➢ 1st Place CO $11,000 based on 150 entries
➢ Last Pro Payout is $1,600
➢ Last CO Payout is $800
➢ Pay 3 big fish paid for the event (100% payback)
Contingency Awards:
➢ BassCat Quest up to $7,500 for winning
➢ P-line- $250
➢ Super Clean- $250 x 3 Checks for Total of $750
➢ Power Pole Captains Cash
